The Softie 3 Solstice from Snugpak is an international bestseller for the following reasons: The Softie® Premier filling combines the advantages of natural down with the insensitivity of synthetic fibers. It uses superfine yarns bonded with special resins to create a luxurious down feel. As a result, the synthetic fiber meets the highest demands. Even in cold, wet weather, Softie® Premier insulation remains warm, light and breathable. The wind and water-repellent Paratex Steelplate outer material and the Softie® Premier filling make the sleeping bag insensitive to moisture. To speed up the warming of the sleeping bag, an additional layer of Reflectatherm is sewn in. Reflectatherm is a metallized, highly breathable fabric that is sewn between the inner fabric and the Softie® Premier filling. It reflects the heat radiation emitted by the body and thus achieves up to 15% better heat retention. A zipper with full-length, insulated zipper cover; a mummy shape for warmth and comfort and a quilted, close-fitting hood with adjustable drawcord. All this ensures a good night's sleep, even when the temperature drops. The Softie 3 Merlin is durable, breathable and water-repellent, it is incredibly light and packs down small.
